SVARCH is an architecture studio that believes in clarity, context and committed work. Every project begins with listening and ends with care for the detail.
Philosophy

We design spaces that serve everyday life — calm, functional and built to last. Material, light and proportion are our main tools.
We work closely with clients and with the site, keeping the architectural language restrained and honest to the local context of Kosovo and the Luginë region.

Sabedin Veliji
Architect · Studio lead
Sabedin Veliji is the founder and lead of SVARCH. A Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Prishtina, he guides projects from concept to delivery, with particular attention to detail and context.

Our approach in four steps.

We develop the guiding idea and the first sketches of volume and space.
Planning & permit
We prepare the execution plans and the documentation for the building permit.
